UK office favourite files great report on Ultra.air
Managers at a world-renowned firm have given positive feedback to work carried out by Ultra.air.
Specialist technicians from Ultra.air visited the Surrey headquarters of office furniture giant Bisley to service the site’s compressed air systems, which they designed, manufactured and supplied.
A service satisfaction report from Bisley spray plant team leader Paul Roswell rated the booking process, punctuality, service engineer, after-service consultation and housekeeping as “excellent.”
Bisley Office Furniture is the UK’s largest manufacturer of office furniture and one of the largest in the EU. Operating from Bisley in Surrey and Newport, Gwent, and employing nearly 1,000 people, Bisley makes cabinets that are renowned worldwide.
Since 1989 more than £80m has been reinvested by Bisley as they push back the boundaries of manufacturing excellence. The Bisley and Newport production facilities, totalling 64,000 sq m, deliver a combined weekly output of around 20,000 pieces of furniture.
Bisley employs advanced manufacturing processes from in-house tool making and computer aided design through to precision folding, laser cutting and fully-automated powder paint plant machinery.
The origins of the company go back to 1931 when sheet metal worker Freddy Brown started his one-man business repairing damaged cars in Woking, Surrey.
Bisley now has subsidiaries in France, Holland, Germany, Ireland, Spain and Dubai, with showrooms in London, Newport, Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Paris and Goirle, Holland.
